Will input official race time, place, etc. once it gets posted on the race's website.  According to my watch, I completed the distance in 1:24:58.  Nice day for a run and to be part of the 6500 that entered the race. Good cloud cover during the first half and then the sun came out as well as the heat. Pretty sure I ran the second 10K a bit slower than the first 10K.   I was glad that I survived the distance in one piece.    I'm never really ever prepared to run these type of races.  Will pick a race to run in the fall, most likely Living History Farms Cross-country race in Nov.

Did you get my emails with Emi's pics? It might have John Doe as sender. I was learning how to download pics on the Mac and found that the iPhoto has an email feature and didn't quite know if it works.

that was a memorable day and memorable run! I hope I get to run with you again, probably not ever again in Iowa, but may be in Ohio and definitely in Utah!
