Maybe it was the wind that made it tougher. Nicely done!!!

Perhaps but it was even windier on some of my previous runs.

Seriously Fly, you are so fast!!!!

What are your goals?

From fly on the Wall on Thu, May 05, 2011 at 13:35:37 from 204.113.19.47

Goals:

-Win the lottery for St. George entry.

-Train hard and smart for St. George.

-Run sub-3 at St. George (before I get any older and slower).

I'm not very hopeful about getting into St. George. So, maybe TOU or Tuscon as an alternative?
