Kelli, You should still be whipped. You ran a 50 mile trail race! and WON! and set an age group RECORD! and did so only 10 days ago! I did none of these things. Besides, you have more mileage than me this week.

Thanks for making me feel better. I signed up for a 50k (end of April) long before I even decided to do the 50 miler. I just hope I am recovered because I wanted to do well. I may have to treat it as more of a fun run, though. I do not see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!
