went 2.75 total including 4 stridders. I felt bad today because i was so tired from staying up everynight with my cousin this past week, then waking up at 6 to go fishing but i'll take a nap today.
I'm going to run with everyone tomorrow on the road 3+ miles then grass thursday and friday cement again. and now that i'm starting to run more i'm going to only cross train on wednesday and saturday when i dont do any running (or should i still do it every day?) In two weeks i have my 5k race, i think ill be ready for that and i'm shooting for a sub 18. |
