well thats what my watch said but i really didn't go any.
Today my swim workout was a constant pace of 1 hour with a 6min warm up and stretch before and after. It was the longest shortest hour. It was weird workout because my arms never really started to get tired, so i went harder and harder but i guess i was warmed up so i could take it. I prolly wouldn't have been able to get through this except i had music today.
