run was good got a 6:58 mile. i dont mean to go that fast but i guess it's not that fast, felt good and ready to move to mile and a half tomorrow.
swim i did 2 sets of 5 1:30 fast 30 rest. the last three i really had to push myself to get around the circle enough. this was as good a workout as yesterday. i'm glad i'm starting to do much better, although i know i should go a little more i'm just being on the safe side.
coach thanks for letting me use your pool, it has really been much easier. Your wife is kind too. |
