| | 15 minute shakeout run in the morning. I ran at the track and did a 6:48 and 6:43 running in lane 8/7 entirely. Core and strides after.
A bit over a 45 minute run in the afternoon. I paced off Charlie and Ernest, who both did 30 instead. Trent was irate that I finished at the pace I did, he said finishing too hard only causes injury. Strides after.

| | 15 minute shakeout and strides in the morning. Core after. 3 miles
During the real run we ran for 45 minutes and I decided to stick with the #1, 2, and 3 runners; Pedro, Jack Dicintio, and Blake(Pedro runs for college). Once we hit mile 3, we started running 5:50's.I got 4th overall. Strides afterwards. 7 miles
Another 15 minute shakeout run that night. Coach Trent had the whole team do it to pump is up for tomorrow's distance run. I ate too much for dinner and got really sick a mile in. After I finished that I kept running. Strides after. 2 miles

Half Marathon at 10,000 ft (13.26 Miles) 01:31:37, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | So today was our long run, and I decided to run a half marathon(plus a bit extra). The course was mostly uphill, and pretty difficult to run. No one else ran as far except Ernest, who I ultimately finished with. The first two miles I paced off the front pack, but they were only running around 9 miles so I slowed down the pace. At mile 5 I ran off the road to go to the restroom, which took a while(and slowed down both my pace and time). While I was doing the act, Ernest passed me. I got back on the trail a minute later and caught up to him, and we fought for the lead, which I held from miles 6-11, where he surged and caught me. We ran the two miles together and finished side by side. If I hadn't gone to the bathroom I know I could have broken 1:30. But oh well, I'm glad I did it. We looked at our paces afterwards, if I hadn't taken the bathroom break I would have beaten him by a couple of minutes. Strides afterwards, and a shakeout, strides, and core that evening.

| | Really bad running day for me. I haven't felt energized or motivated today. The shakeout run most people caught me at the end. The normal run I got 1.5 miles into and had to stop because of foot pains. Tomorrow is a speed tempo day and I need to be better for it.

| | Shakeout in the morning. Felt good, solid low 6 pace. Strides and core after
The tempo run was awful. After our daily nap was about to end I went to the restroom, while I was in there everyone left to go to the buses for the run, which got moved thirty minutes earlier without anyone's knowledge. I got locked out of my room, and had to hunt Charlie down to get our key, get dressed, and get on the bus. I wasn't prepared at all, didnt have my watch, and overall had a bad run. Everyone slipped away from me, and I fell away. I did 4 miles in about 26 minutes to my aghastness. Strides afterwards
