AM - 5, first 3 miles a bit faster(under 20 minutes), then the next two without a watch. surprised the knee was totally fine with this, but really my thoughts on the next week of training are just run what i can until i get my paycheck next friday and get professional help.

please make it a real doctor with running experience (or experience with runners). If you don't know one, message a local coach and usually they've got the names of some good ones who understand running injuries and what to look for.

Just letting you know from personal experience... expensive experience at that...
