Shakeout at 3 PM. Pure jogging, + a stride and some drills after.
Workout at 8PM, 2x(600, 400, 300, 200) with next-interval recovery. I ran 1:49, 70, 47, and 31 for set one and 1:45, 64, 44, and 29 for set two. Left knee feels a little sore after from driving my knees up after no speedwork in a good while.
