Being a Braves fan means signing up for frustration. They had the best team in baseball for like 14 straight years in the 80s and 90s but managed only one World Series win. Hopefully this younger group will be different. Also, the Dodgers are really good and taking them to 7 is an achievement.

i’m not as devastated by the double play with runners on 2nd and 3rd because basically the same thing happened to the dodgers in the same inning, but it’s still tough to swallow.
also hated to see minter come in to immediately give up a run after he tied the NLCS record for strikeouts in his last appearance. still, it’s a young team and i think they’ll be in contention for a few years

and i agree on the dodgers being a great team... was just hoping dave roberts would do his patented over-managing and cost them the series. hopefully he doesn’t against tampa; most people i know are convinced his job’s on the line this postseason
