AM - 4.5 on the trails + 500m at tempo pace, 100 jog, 300 at around mile pace. Ran 1:41, 48.2. Both felt very easy, 64 second lap pace feels as easy as it did in my prime of last season. Ate a heavy breakfast and it was very warm out so that was fun. Gonna have a tough day tomorrow!
PM - swimming, running, and lifting. Very proactive day, hopefully it doesn't hinder me in my double workout tomorrow. Luckily I went to church today so I got the man upstairs on my side(hopefully). Getting pretty lean/strong up top.
