AM - 5. Hamstrings felt very tight from the car ride the first couple miles, but it felt good to loosen up a little.
Noon - ran a mile w trevor at about 6:10 pace, lifted, did four more miles alone after with 2 400's at tempo pace to get the legs loose(81, 81). Hamstrings finally starting to loosen up.
