10 miles @ 6:55 pace. Legs were really tired from yesterday, particularly my hamstrings and calves. I tried something new where I went slow the first two miles and then kept picking it up. 7:30's for the first two miles, but I started speeding up a lot around miles 3-5 which was way too early haha. Jumped in the pool at the rec after which was sublime. Drills and stretching after. S/O to my teammate Rylie for making a blog. And unshoutout to Kedric for his not working still.
