| | 10 miles on tm at 1.0% incline in 1:12:24.I was supposed to do a speed workout today, but I had a really bad night sleep, and couldn't convince myself to do a workout at 5:30 in the morning. So I just kept it at an easy pace and tried not to fall asleep.

| | 14 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I started at 8.3 mph and increased the speed by 0.1 mph every 1.5 miles. I finished at a pace of 9.2 mph. I did the last 6.5 miles at or faster than my goal marathon pace. I did feel really tired during most of this run though, so not very encouraging.

| | I stayed up until 1 am throwing up. I knew I didn't feel good during last nights run. I had downed about 60 ounces or water/gatorade/protein drink after my run, and my body thought it was too much. On a brighter side, I was a few pounds lighter for todays run thanks to the sickness last night. I did 11 miles at an easy pace. I stayed at 8.4 mph the whole time and finished in 1:18:40. avg pace of 7:09.
