I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

10 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I was going to start running outside today, but the lure of the miami boston game was too much. And I guess I am a wimp now, because 30 degrees just seemed too cold to go running. I hope I can get off the treadmill, but with march madness in our presence, it will be hard to do.

6 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I was going to do 11 today, but I wasn't feeling up to it, and I ate spicy enchiladas about 1 hour before I went running. i had to stop once to go to the bathroom, and I could feel another stoppage coming on. I didn't really want to run bloated and uncomfortably, so I finished out 6 and called it a day.

14 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. The easy short day yesterday did me a lot of good. I felt good during this run. It wasn't until about mile 9 that I started getting a little tired. I kept it nice and easy and didn't try to force the pace or effort.
