11 miles on tm at 1.0% incline. I wanted to do a speed workout today but I just wasn't feeling it. I tried for a little bit, but it didn't take long to realize that a speed workout would drain my energy really fast. Even though I wasn't feeling it, I still finished in 1:16:05, an avg pace of 6:55. Hopefully I can keep this up when I get back out on the roads. next week.
