I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

No Wednesday will be 3 (due to tiredness from basketball), thursday will be 4, Friday will be my long run(but I cant call it that because it will only be) 5 miles, and saturday will be 4. When I say I am going to take it slow, I really mean it this time :)
