13.1 miles on treadmill at 7:00 pm. I had planned on doing 10, but whats 3 more miles? My calves were a little sore from Saturdays 26.2 mile long run, but nothing that I am concerned with. This run went pretty well. I had planned on doing a mile of warm up and then increasing the speed every mile. I started at 7.8 mph (7:41) for a mile then increased to 8.6 mph (6:58), held at 8.6 for 2 miles (I think), then went back down 1 mile at a time to 8.3. Total time was 1:35:02, an average of 7:14.95 and my average HR was 158.
