10 miles at 5:00 am. Right when I started running I could feel that I didnt have much energy and that it wasnt going to be the best run ever. I was also out of clean underwear so I opted on the commando run because my running shorts have a built in liner. That is the last time I will do that. About 5 miles in I felt that I was getting some chaffing, and by the end of the run it hurt pretty bad. Max HR 158 Avg HR 143 1
