I've been married since January 2008 to my biggest fan, and best friend. We have 3 kids, Mackson, Kaylin, and Linclon. I am from Utah, but now live in Ohio (since July 2015) for Podiatry School.

9 miles at 9:45 am. I felt like I was working hard this whole run, when I wasn't really going fast or doing anything that should have made me feel so tired. I am hoping it is because I ran 10 miles so late last night.

I wanted this to be an easy run to relax and rest my legs for my long run tomorrow, but I just felt gassed.

A good week of running. I hear you about feeling worn out and unmotivated to get up early or run hard. Just call it one of those weeks and focus on a good long run tomorrow!
