I was forced to take a week off again after my last race I reagravated my leg. I ran 7.5 today at draper lake and I felt good. I'm going to try to get with a personal trainer and see what I can do to prevent this again.
Did 6 easy at O.C.. I have decied to go into winter base training. It will be 13 weeks and take me through the middle of March. At that point I will be running 60 miles a week and then I can reevaluate what I want to do.
