| | I I'd a tempo run today. Just 2 miles. Goal was 6:00 pace. I ran mile 1 at 5:53 and mile 2 at 6:02. It was windy and about 84 degrees. Over all I'm happy with the run. |

| | I did the 2nd 5k leg on the OKC marathon relay. I was shooting for a low 18 and I ran a 17:59. After a almost 2 hour rain delay we got to start and we ended up in 2nd place behind the ok runner team. |
