2 warm up 2.5 cool down. I ran from draper with JB and about 3 miles in he had to take a potty break. I had a big burrito for lunch and my allergies have been acting up so I took off slower and got faster towards the end.
8 easy with JB on the dirt roads
I did 6 x 800 at Tinker track. I kept them between 2:40 - 2:45
