Helping Lily with her training a bit. So, starting some baby workouts. I did ten minutes extra on my warm up. We did 15 minutes warm up with 4 x 20 second strides in the last mile. Then, 3 x 2 minute fast/3 minute float. Five minute cooldown. Hitting around 6:20-6:30 pace. Doesn't feel good. I haven't moved hard in a long time.
