Goal for the week is all six days of running. I tried out new racing shoes. They are ASICS. They have the carbon plate. There's definitely something to the new shoe technology. I was knocking the pace down and feeling very efficient while doing it. I'm not exactly in good shape right now. 7:36, 7:06, 6:55, 6:33, 6:30, 6:12, 6:07.
