Finally able to get out a go for a run, it has been a busy couple of weeks and also been dealing with some nagging foot injuries.  Top of my right foot and big toe on my left foot.

Anyway ran 5 miles over to Hurricane City Park and back, felt ok but it started getting pretty cold toward the end of the run.
