Basketball this morning. I'm planning on starting a 10 week cycle today leading up to the Painter's Half Marathon. I've been taking it pretty easy since the marathon, well pretty much all year. I'm still dealing with PF pain in the right foot. The left foot doesn't seem as bad as it was.
Not liking this time change stuff, by the time I get home it is dark. Anyway, tonight I opted for the treadmill. I did 1 mile warm-up, then 4 x 800m @ 6:00 pace (that is all the faster my treadmill will go) It was an ok workout did 1 mile cool-down. |
