I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.

No run today, played a little football with the kids during PE, legs not feeling too bad.
I did the La Verkin Loop this afternoon. Actually the legs felt ok still a little tender from the marathon, but not too bad.
Run down the trail toward the gravel pit and then over and through Spanish Gardens back on 200 North, decent 3 mile run.

Did a 12 mile bike ride this morning out to Sky Mountain back on SR 9 and then out to 400 South.
Averaged 16 mph, still learning how to ride.
