2 mile walk after Jarren's race.  It was really hot this evening so they only ran 2 miles rather than 3.  Also, most of the top kids from the region didn't run, which worked to Jarren's advantage.  He was feeling really great and took 1st place with a 10:20.

Basketball this morning. Pretty decent run this evening.  I did 2 miles down to Sky Mountain #13 from the gym and then back 9:47 avg. Then did 8 machines and came home and walked 2 miles.
