Went to play basketball this morning, but there were only 5 of us, so we didn't stay long. I went and then did the La Verkin loop to get 3 miles in. My body has been feeling really run down this week for some reason. I'm planning on running a few more miles tonight. Jansen is doing the 1 mile Ironman kid's race tonight at 6, so that should be fun. Short speed workout tonight. I ran 2 miles up the La Verkin Twist, then reset the watch and did 2 miles hard back down the hill 1-5:14 2-5:26 10:42 (5:21 average) It felt good to push the legs on the downhill. However, I hope they recover for my long run tomorrow. Did 1 mile easy cool-down I ran the 1 mile fun run with Jansen. He did great 8:58
