Good run over to Hurricane Canal Trail and back home averaged 7:40 for 5 miles.  On my run I ran into Forest and Shelle Luke, which was strange.  Anyway I was able to talk to them for a few minutes.

Nice 12 mile run this morning, went from the house over to the high school watched a little bit of the track meet, then ran out on 400 South then up the hill and over to the golf course and then back on 600 North.  Average just over 8:00 min pace.
