Pretty busy day, but I did get in 5 miles tonight around 7:30 pm. I knew I had to run tonight, since I am going in to get my plantar warts froze again tomorrow and it may be a few days with no running after they do that. I can see progress with the feet, it is just kind of painful having this little procedure done every 3 weeks. Anyway the run tonight, easy first mile-7:36, second mile- 7:20, pushed it hard on the third mile- 5:51, easy recovery mile 8:38, finished with one more hard mile 5:57. The weather is starting to warm up and I'm getting excited for the next few months. I really enjoy the Spring time in St. George, the Fall is also pretty nice, along with most days in the Winter and alright most days in the Summer are also nice, a little hot, but nice. Yes I enjoy living in Southern Utah. (ran in the Asics DS Trainers)

I found Bill's post to be rather funny Mr. Yasso 800 and Miss Buffet.  So here is my story I had Mr. Plantar Wart meet Mr. Freeze this afternoon.  Well, Mr. Freeze really showed his stuff and Mr. Plantar Wart or should I say misters' since I have quite a few are now hurting pretty bad, no running today, but hopefully I won't be down as long this time around compared to last time.

Another day with no running, but the feet are feeling better and I think this time I will be back to running a lot faster than 3 weeks ago, also the treatments seem to be working and I might not go back if I can continue to use some of the products the doctor has given me.  Also got registered for the Dam to Dam 9K.  Last year it was a pretty good run, a little cold and windy, maybe this year the weather will be a little nicer, it was been real nice weather lately to train in.

This morning started off freezing cold. I wasn't prepared with the right clothing and paid for it dearly. I hadn't ran since Monday, so I was only planning on going about 10 anyway, I ran five with Steve, Dave and Bill out toward Sunriver, then at mile 5 I decided to turn back, they continued on and ran 13. My feet felt pretty good, it was more my legs and other extremities that were suffering from the cold. However, I did manage to make it back to the car and the overall pace for the run was 8:13, really not that great, but still glad I got a run in. If things go good, I am going to try to run a few more miles this afternoon. (Nimbus)
