Went and played basketball this morning. Well this was an interesting run this afternoon.  I parked at the Toquerville Chapel then ran out on Spring Drive and up the road to Toquerville Falls.  I spent a good mile and half walking up the steep hill.  The run back was pretty painful as my left leg was still bothering me.
