The first Pah Tempe Hill Workout of the year, also the first time puking during a workout for the year. The goal was just to hit each under 2:20. I figured that would be a good goal, especially since I don't know where I'm at fitness wise. Did a two mile warm-up then got into the workout. The plan was just to do3 repeats today. 1-2:10 This one felt super easy, but I made the mistake of going to hard, which caused problems for the rest of the workout. 2-2:16 Wow this one didn't feel good at all. Arms, legs, hips everything just froze up 3-2:18 Well, after puking after the second repeat and taking a little extra rest I attempted the last one. It felt pretty good until the last little hill, which really wiped me out. Didn't have time for a real long cool down so just headed back home about 1.5 miles Anyway, glad I made my way through this workout. I'm sure these will get easier with time.
