Not the greatest run/workout but at least it was something. I ran out to Walmart along 600 North. Did the first 5 slow to #13 tee box, got some water then proceeded to do 4 x 1000m, these were a lot slower than when I do them at the cow field 1-3:53 2-3:56 3-3:45 4-3:45 Only did like .50 cool-down
