Meet up with Bill and Mike at the Bowling Alley, we did the loop out around the Lake and stopped to watch part of the swim portion of Ironman STG.  There was really strong winds today.  Mike and I ran a little slower back to the bowling alley, he was having a few leg issues, plus running into the really strong headwind didn't help much.
