I didn't run on Saturday as my hip was really hurting, so I took Saturday off and of course yesterday. This afternoon I did an easy 2.5 over to the Hurricane Athletic Club and used my free one time coupon to check out the place. I lifted weights for about 25 minutes (mainly worked on my legs) and then rode a stationary bike for another 20 minutes. I liked the place, but I think I'm too cheap to pay the monthly fee, I'm still going to check out a few places in St. George. My chiropractor said I really need to strengthen my ankle and legs muscles, which would help ease some of the stress I've been putting on my hips. Anyway, I did an easy 2.5 miles back home (7:50 ave) So, a decent start to the week. Cumulus-276 |
