Good 6 mile run today. I went over to Hurricane Middle School did a loop around the school then back home. I haven't been running much, really struggling with hip pain, but felt like giving it a shot today, even though it is freezing cold here. I've really become quite the wimp when it comes to cold weather. Anyway good run average pace was 7:50 which is flying for me right now, considering the shape I'm in. |
