Did a small workout this morning. Ran 2.5 miles over to Hurricane Baseball Field, then did a 2 mile tempo along 600 North heading toward the golf course. This stretch was pretty challenging with a few good hill climbs.

Then got a drink at the golf course and ran easy back to the Substation 2.5 miles
From the Substation I did another 2 mile tempo

Did 1 mile easy cool down. My legs felt pretty tired today, but was still a good workout with the hills. |
