Did some heavy lifting this morning picking up hay bales for my father-in-law for over an hour.

Ran up to the Hurricane Substation and back overall average was 7:40 for 4 miles

Thanks! Yeah it doesn't feel too good when I start running at first, but it warms up, kinda like sore legs when you go for a run. Hopefully it heals quickly as long as I take it easy a few days. Hopefully your hip heals too.
