Nothing exciting 4 miles, we will be leaving this afternoon for Salt Lake and the Wasatch Back Relay tomorrow. I'm pretty excited, I think I will be able to do pretty good on my legs of the relay. I have been a little sore the last few days, but hopefully I will feel ready when I get the baton and it is time to race.
