6 miles in cold rain and wind. I ran down by the Virgin River on the Confluence trail, then up through the desert east of La Verkin, did some climbing over rocks and came out half way up the La Verkin Twist, cool little trail, but I wouldn't go climbing over there during the summer, looks just like the kind of place tons of rattlesnakes would hang out. The pace was pretty slow today. |
