Really good run with the club tonight. I finally felt in good enough shape to extend the run with Dave, Steve, and Mike to make it 10 miles, instead of the 7 mile route I've been running the last few weeks. The first 5 miles felt pretty good, but once we hit the golf course I was struggling and wasn't looking too forward to the next 4 miles uphill, to make matters worse I was feeling some hot spots like blisters coming on and Steve was already increasing the pace. Anyway, I tried to block it all out and just decided to push it for 3 miles and things actually starting feeling pretty good. The last few miles were the fastest of the whole run and they were all uphill, so I was happy about that. I just need more quality runs like this. 10 miles average 7:19

How many miles do you put on your DS Trainers before you retire them? I use them, too and am wondering how long they last for you.

Dustin, great run tonight! I was very impressed with how well you ran. Can't wait to see what your capable of, when you are finally able to really train hard. Glad your hip is feeling a little better.

I don't have my watch with me right now, but I do remember 7:07, 7:08, and then the last mile was a little slower because we basically ran that last .5 miles together back to the store.
