Basketball this morning, lots of running very few baskets made, one of those off mornings, but still glad I got up and did something. Hope to get in a few miles tonight. I've got staff meeting after school, then Driver's Ed for a few hours, and a Scout Court of Honor at 7. Not much time tonight. Last night I raced the 8:00 minute guy on the treadmill and came in tied right at 32 minutes for 4 miles.  Tonight, I picked it up a little and finished my 4 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes, so I beat the 8:00 minute guy by a good two minutes.

Driver's Ed! You are a brave man my friend! B-ball sounds fun, I need to lace em up for old time sake myself. Great job getting the miles in with the stubborn hip, hang in there.

Dustin, I see that you have run in both the Nimbus and Cumulus. Just curious how the two compare and if you like one better than the other? I'm familiar with Cumulus, but considering getting a pair of Nimbus. Thanks

Nice workouts. You've got a busy schedule like me. I feel like I never stop. Do you play on a basketball team? The workouts your getting from basketball will definitely help in quickness and flexibility for running.
