Pretty good run with the club. We had a large turnout tonight and some good conversations. Ran the first 5 miles at an average of 7:12, then the last two up Sunset a little slower. Still having quite a bit of hip pain, but tomorrow night is the night of pain with Steve Starley and my first deep tissue massage. If I don't survive it was nice knowing all of you! Even the Wildbull!

Sheesh you cant make me laugh like that while I am trying to run! Thanks for rebuilding my confidence:)

Good luck with the massage, you will be hooked! Although deep tissue can bring tears to your eyes.

BTW- kinda makes me feel bad that you put those as easy when I had to enter them as marathon pace-not fair! Thanks for pushing me!

Good run tonight, don't worry about Steve. Just do what your told and he won't hurt you, atleast permently! (jk). You will be glad you did it. If it is hurting too bad, let him know, I tried to be a tuff guy on my first one, BIG mistake, hurt to walk the next day. Now it's just the opposite, I feel great and it has helped me alot.

I think you will survive. You will feel like a new man after Steve has his way with you! Good run last night! See ya Saturday.
