Not much time today. I got home from work at 7:45 pm, had some dinner, played with the kids for 30 minutes. Then did a quick 6 miles over to Hurricane and back. Ran to Wendy's in 24:40 then home in just over 22:00. Sunny and I were going to go and do two more miles, but decided not to. She did 2.5 miles without stopping this morning on the treadmill.
