Much better run today. Funny I ran 6 miles again today but was 20 minutes faster than yesterday. I ran up past the substation out on 600 North trail then turned off and did .5 mile in the reserve. Going out was battling the wind, but coming back was nice. Overall average was 7:30 with the last two miles being 6:47 and 6:45

Nimbus- 114 I still really dislike these shoes.

I guess i will not buy another pair of Nimbus! somking those last two miles. looks like the running budda is comming back!
