I didn't run on Saturday as my hip was really hurting, so I took Saturday off and of course yesterday. This afternoon I did an easy 2.5 over to the Hurricane Athletic Club and used my free one time coupon to check out the place. I lifted weights for about 25 minutes (mainly worked on my legs) and then rode a stationary bike for another 20 minutes. I liked the place, but I think I'm too cheap to pay the monthly fee, I'm still going to check out a few places in St. George. My chiropractor said I really need to strengthen my ankle and legs muscles, which would help ease some of the stress I've been putting on my hips. Anyway, I did an easy 2.5 miles back home (7:50 ave) So, a decent start to the week.

hi dustin,

its good to see you are getting some workouts in. i have been trying to get about 3 runs a week in. although winter has hit pretty hard in cedar and i might have to hybernate for a few months. i may start playing basketball at the stake center 3 mornings a week. i used to do this but haven't for a few years because it seems that i eventually twist a ankle or something and i don't want to have to rehab and with my work i can't afford to go down with a injury. good luck with your training.

Nice Job Dustin way to get out there and get a run in. Speaking of strengthening your ankles. Have you considered wearing ankle weights. My boss did this every day and it strengthened his ankles and it was a big improvement.

I think you should put lip stick on and a wig! because you Wine like a girl!

If I did that then the wildbull could actually get a woman to run with him.

Sad, but true!
