Good club run, we did a preview of the Spectrum 10K course. Mike was kind enough to drive us up, then we ran down through Snow Canyon State Park. I'm excited for the race, but I'm not convinced it will be any faster than last year's course, so I guess we'll have to wait and see. We ended up finishing at Mike's house which made the run 10 miles, a little farther than I was planning on going and the pace was a little faster 7:20 average, but it is all good.

Dustin, good run tonight! I enjoyed talking to you during the run. I have a good feeling, you will have a great race. I will say however, I think this is a tough course and whatever you get will be earned!

It's is a pretty fair course - fast for a mile and then whatever you can hold!
