Finally a half way decent day of running. I spent much of the weekend on the road traveling. I got back this afternoon from a conference in Salt Lake and went out and did a 7 mile run over to Hurricane and back 54:00 for a 7:42 average. I've been feeling a little sick with allergies or something. Anyway stuffed up nose still bothering on the run, the calf is starting to feel a little better probably 80%, so hopefully I can get back to some more serious training. I've gained a few extra pounds and feel a little out of shape. I got home from the first run and watched the first half of the Jazz game, then went and did 2 easy miles with Sunny and Jarren in the stroller during half time up to the fire hydrant and back.

Good job Dustin. Hopefully your body is ready to get things going and you can start getting some good training in.
